    Program Title:

    Trust Building in the Workplace

    Description of Program:

Trust – what it is, how to build it, and tips on how to regain it if it is lost.
(Based on the bestselling book Speed of Trust by Stephen M. R. Covey.)

    Objectives of Program:

Have participants be able to identify the 4 levels of trust and take away  2 -3 key elements of trust building that they can personally work on.

HR is built on relationships with the employer and employee.  Providing a trusting environment increases the speed of business and decreases the cost of doing business
