    PPACA - What You Need to Know Now about the Affordable Care Act.

    The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) is over three years old now, and employers and employees alike are still confused about it. The federal government has been issuing regulations at a staggering pace. The recent decision by the Obama administration to delay the large employer mandate muddied matters further.

    You can't afford to be confused: PPACA implementation is happening now. Critical decisions need to be made in the coming months, and your organization or business is relying on you for clear information.

    In this program, Tim Brungardt, LUTCF of Heritage Financial Services will fill you in on the latest developments and provide you with a roadmap of steps you need to take now and in the coming months.

    About the Speaker:

    Tim graduated from University of Nebraska in 1984 and has been in the financial service field since that time. He obtained his LUTCF designation in 1988. Tim is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and has received many industry awards. Tim's financial services objective: to help individuals and businesses with their insurance and investment needs. 

    Tim is a past president of NAIFA, the YMCA, and other organizations. He enjoys exercising, spending time with his three children, coaching, and hunting. Tim is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of *Securian Financial Services, Inc. member FINRA/SIPC.
