What do you do if someone threatens to harm one of your employees,
residents, patients, or other persons on your property?
What if an assault actually does occur on your premises?

Learn what legal steps you can take as an employer to protect your workplace in the event of a threat to such persons.  Learn about the recent Nebraska Supreme Court decision in ConAgra v. Zimmerman which positively affects all Nebraska employers and their right to protect their businesses.

This session also will discuss methods for anticipating and reducing the likelihood of such violence, avoiding liability to victims, and preventing negligent hiring, supervision, and retention.
