    EAP Services: What is it and how do you know when to refer?

    Julie will be sharing information about how Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) can help an employee; an employer or HR staff in an agency / business improve the employee’s performance and moral; improve management staff performance and moral; and impact the overall success of the company.  Julie will also share information on how you can identify as an HR professional when a referral to EAP Services is encouraged and then when it is mandatory.

     

    • To learn and understand the difference between encouraging EAP and Mandating EAP services.
    • To learn how to identify when to refer an employee to EAP Services.
    • To learn what is needed for a Mandated Referral to EAP.
