    Creating the right workplace culture is necessary for any organization to be successful and have engaged employees!

    Plan to attend this session to hear how your organization can promote a Positive Workplace Environment, overcome obstacles, and coach employees who resist change and spread negativity to others. And how to be a leader with your positive attitude, and how to successfully coach employees who are disrupting your workplace environment. Bring your specific challenges to this upbeat and interactive session!

    Speaker:  Mike Henke

    Mike Henke's passion for building strong teams let to the creation of Mike Henke Inc.  He partners with a variety of organizations in utilizing innovative strategies to build a positive and productive workplace culture. It is a challenging time to recruit and retain talented employees, however his program has produced great success stories and helped employers connect to their team and increase their efficiency and profitability! Areas that he works in include Leadership Training, Sales Programs, and Human Resources issues. Mike has conducted over 700 training sessions and the training that he leads is very interactive, fast paced, and includes humor as well as being customized to fit specific needs.

    Mike was born in Wisconsin and later graduated from Bemidji State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Mike is on the Board of Directors for the Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce and the Central Nebraska HR Association, and served on the Board of Directors at College Park. Mike has been appointed to the Nebraska Diplomats, is a trustee for the Saint Francis Medical Center Foundation, is a key communicator for the Grand Island Public Schools and a member of the Doniphan Economic Development Corporation.  He and his wife Michele live in Doniphan, and both of their sons attend the University of Nebraska in Lincoln.
