    Andie Gordman with the SilverStone Group will present why organizations need compensation programs, provide a roadmap for how to create a compensation program, share how to determine which data sources to use and provide best practices in communicating compensation plans to leadership and employees.  In today’s competitive labor market organizations need to have a compensation philosophy in order to recruit and retain top talent.  This session will provide practical tips on how to start or enhance a compensation program.
