About the Speaker:

• Elizabeth (Liz) Stevens is a Director in Aon’s Rewards Solutions practice. Based in Dallas, TX, Liz has over 20 years of consulting experience working with public and private companies in many facets of Human Resources, including management training, job architecture, total rewards assessments, job evaluation and mapping, total compensation philosophy and objectives, incentive program design and administration and compensation pay practices and policies.
• Liz earned an M.B.A. degree, with Honors, from the University of Miami, Miami, FL and a B.A. degree, Cum Laude, in Finance and Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA.
