    About the Program:

    In the changing atmosphere of Human Resources and organizational changes through post COVID-19, how Human Resource Professionals adapt to those changes to provide leadership value within the organization.  Execution of those changes will determine your circle of influence within the organization. 

    Building high performance company culture can move an organization from a good to great organization and allows the organization to meet their mission/vision through engagement and retention.  

    To meet the mission, HR Professionals need to provide an inventory of their KSA to determine their route (Management vs Leadership).   Task management is important (payroll, benefits, attendance) for the organization as we need to identify HR Professionals strengths for success.  HR Professionals who want to “step out” of their shell to become a Leader within the organization must demonstrate value within the organization’s framework.  Priorities, putting things first, and being proactive will assist HR Professionals increase their circle of influence within the organization. 

    About the Presenter:

    Jay Fleecs, Exec. Director at Behavioral Health Specialists, Inc. has provided twenty five years of executive and strategic leadership in diverse industries by developing a positive culture through relationship building and teamwork.  His “Servant Leadership” style enables employee and organizational to grow to their full potential while providing a framework for agency development.  Jay’s main areas of focus are strategic planning while identifying and utilizing strengths amongst the team to enhance team cohesiveness and relationship building.
