Presenter:

Brock J. Pohlmeier is an associate in the Omaha, Nebraska, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice is focused on representing management in all aspects of labor and employment litigation.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Brock gained significant litigation experience in state and federal courts in Nebraska, Kansas, and Colorado. While attending the University of Nebraska College of Law, Brock served as vice president of the Federalist Society and was a member of the University’s Civil Clinic, where Brock built the foundation for his career as a litigator through providing pro bono legal services to low-income clients.
