What: How to Strengthen Your Teams with Emotional Culture

When: Thursday, June 15, 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Program: The program will start with the emotional summary of how the program is used and how we can use it in the workplace. Then we will use the Emotional Culture Deck to answer these questions in small groups “How do you want to feel when working in a team?” and “How do you want your team to feel when working together?” We will then create a canvas or outline of what this would look like in action. After that we will have question and answer session.

Presenter: Tonya owns Wemhoff Consulting with the mission of helping HR Professions with overwhelmed conflicting priorities to create positive workplaces. Her skills include programs for increasing engagement and retention in the business environment. She has owned a staffing business for 25 years and a nonmedical homecare for 6 years. She is an Emotional Culture Deck Practitioner at the Bronze level. Tonya also has a Master’s in Education and is the recipient of the 2005 Athena Award for Business Woman of the Year.
