Presenter: Jeremy WyniaI, IT instructor at Wayne State College (WSC), earned his bachelor’s (CTIS) and master’s (MSOM – Focus in IT) degrees from WSC. He has been a part of the technology departments at both Wayne Community Schools and Wayne State College. He has been in IT for 20 years, 10 of those years have been as the network infrastructure and security person for WSC. Now, he teaches networking and cybersecurity for WSC.
He is working on a new project through his company, Flyover Demographics, partnering with the community, to try and get all of us to put down our devices for a while.
Jeremy grew up here in Northeast Nebraska and, after moving away for just under a decade, he and his wife moved back to start and raise their family. For fun, he enjoys camping, hiking, and creative writing and he works to get his kids to be more interested in some of these interests rather than their screens.
