Henry concentrates his practice in the area of labor and employment. He helps large and small businesses with daily and long-term compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, the development and implementation of best employment practices, advice on employment and termination decisions, and employment-based litigation and administrative actions, including guidance on Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), state discrimination and leave laws, workers’ compensation and non-compete provisions. Henry drafts employment policies and handbooks, employment and independent contractor agreements, non-compete and confidentiality agreements and training materials for clients. Julie Younkin is a skilled leadership executive and certified coach with 20 years of experience creating and directing a comprehensive range of leadership and customer service initiatives. Julie has spent the majority of her career developing and mentoring people who are passionate about leading others. Julie has lead several operations managing contracts for Fortune 500 clients like Sprint, NCR, Oracle and American Express. She has delivered long-term leadership development and coaching initiatives to Met Life and Nationwide sales and service teams. Through her work with Northeast Community College Center for Enterprise, she has championed several leadership development strategies that have shaped cultures of highly engaged employees. The ‘servant leader’ and ‘leading vs. managing’ are at the core of her work as a leadership coach and trainer. She is a certified coach and trainer and resides in Central Nebraska.

Alice Dendinger, SPHR has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management and Organizational Development. She has initiated and designed programs that have lowered turnover and increased employee satisfaction thus impacting productivity and profits of the client organization. Alice has focused her work on organizational development, strategic management, employee relations and communication, mediation and performance management; and assisting the leaders, managers, supervisors, and direct reports at every level “work better together.” She is often called upon to work with Human Resource and Business leaders to “change the culture.”
