The Norfolk Area Human Resource Association 2014 Business Symposium is going beyond HR and is open to non-members, supervisors, business owners, managers, foreman as well as to members and HR professionals.
This year we will be offering valuable information to all who deal with employees on a daily basis. Dynamic local, regional and national speakers will be presenting on topics such as reducing turnover and increasing productivity, discovering a process for making positive changes, better decision making tips and how to respond effectively (or not respond) to union organizing.
